A mug with a word cloud design created by the submissions of all staff at Avon and Somerset Probation Trust. They were asked to submit a word that described Probation. Everyone received a mug at the staff conference (2012?)
It encapsulates how all staff, at a point in time, perceived their work. I was very proud that the most frequently chosen word was “integrity”.
